The Information Center hosted the Geriatric Social Workers of Southeast Michigan-Wayne County’s April meeting on Thursday, April 24th.
Info Center team members Hannah, Stephany, and Paris presented the MI Choice Medicaid Waiver Program, Information and Referral Services, and the Community Transition Programs.
