What is a Community Navigator?
A Community Navigator is a real person at TIC who knows the local help that exists in our area. You tell them what is going on. They listen. They figure out what kind of help fits your situation, and they connect you to it. If we do not have what you need, we point you to who does.
What that looks like
You call. A human Community Navigator answers, not a robot, not a phone tree maze.
They ask what is going on. You tell them. There is no script you need to follow.
They check their database of local resources for the help that fits.
They give you names, numbers, eligibility info, and any other steps to take.
If your situation needs more, they may connect you with another TIC program directly.
